About Page
I’m based in Kitchener, Ontario, where I live with my family and work across real estate, technology, and community projects.
My life is built around a simple order of priorities: family first, then health, financial discipline, useful work, and community.
My background is entrepreneurial, but I don’t define myself by business alone. Business has been a tool — to create freedom, learn useful skills, support my family, and build things that last.
How I got started
I started online in the early 2000s through phone unlocking, and later explored daily deals, affiliate marketing, and other online business models.
Those early years taught me a lot about building systems, marketing, customer demand, early adaptor to tech, selling a company and moving quickly when a new opportunity opens up.
Over time, that expanded into mobile apps, Shopify apps, real estate, and now AI-related tools.
I don’t view those chapters as trophies. I view them as useful lessons that shaped how I think today.
Mokool Apps over the years
Mokool Apps has gone through three main phases:
1. Mobile apps
Building a mobile app business during the early App Store years and selling it.
2. Shopify apps
Expanding into tools and apps for Shopify businesses through COVIC and exciting on a high.
3. AI-related apps
Now focusing on practical AI tools and online systems that help creators, small businesses, and individuals work more effectively. Check it out at Mokool Apps
The common thread has been simple: find useful opportunities, build quickly, learn from the market, and improve. I did try to get into AI a few years back and it was too early, so now making a second attempt utilizing my years of experience.
Current work
Today, my work is mainly focused in three areas:
Family and intentional living: making sure work supports the life I actually want, instead of consuming it.
Real estate: managing and improving rental properties with a long-term ownership mindset.
Technology: building AI-assisted tools and online systems through Mokool Apps.
Community: organizing and supporting local efforts, especially around the Doon Toy Drive.
I’m not trying to chase every opportunity. I’m more interested in work that fits my values, uses my strengths, and supports a stable life for my family.
What matters to me
Family comes first. After that, I care about health, financial discipline, useful work, and contributing in small but meaningful ways.
I believe success is less about looking impressive and more about making good decisions repeatedly over time.
That means keeping things simple, avoiding unnecessary noise, and being honest about what is working and what is not.
A quieter version of ambition
At this stage of life, I’m not interested in building just to prove something. I’m more interested in building with purpose: better systems, better habits, better assets, and a better example for my family.
That is the direction I’m working toward.
