I’m Mukul Verma. I’m a part-time real estate and tech entrepreneur alongside full-time fatherhood and family life. I’ve spent more than two decades building, operating, and exiting businesses across technology, mobile apps, ecommerce, and online platforms.

These days, my focus has shifted to building a personal and business life backed by AI, long-term personal real estate portfolio, fitness, supporting my family, and contributing to the local community where I can.

My path started online in the early 2000s and eventually led through phone unlocking, daily deals, affiliate marketing, mobile apps, Shopify apps and now real estate and AI-related tools.

Along the way, I’ve learned that timing matters, simple ideas can work, and long-term discipline usually beats chasing attention.

Keeping family at the center while keeping healthy through the gym, walking or playing hockey, supporting local initiatives, including the Doon Toy Drive and other community efforts where I can be useful.

How I try to operate

I value clear thinking, personal responsibility, useful work, and consistency over attention.

I believe in building assets, protecting family time, improving steadily, and contributing locally in practical ways.

I’m still learning, still improving, and still trying to make better decisions each day and year.

I love business. I love real estate. I love community. And I believe the best work should support a grounded life, not take over from it.
